Oakland's underground band, Wallpaper, has been creeping up in every city from New York and LA to London.  With fast samples, beats, and at times even George Clinton-style synths, they sustain an atmosphere that's hard to reproduce by anyone else.  When I hear Wallpaper I think Basement Jaxx, Death in Vegas, the 80's, Max Headroom, and glow sticks.  Attend Wallpaper, good times will ensue.
